"Q Werty"
On May 8th, I received an email with the title, "Daniel's Sealed Scroll." It came from "q werty," which anyone would recognize as the first six letters across the first row on a typewriter underneath the numbers. "What is that supposed to mean?" one wonders. The message begins by quoting Daniel 12:4, where the prophet is told to "shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end…." The next line of the message reads: "This is Daniel's sealed scroll, unsealed."
Well, now, that's interesting, but who authorized this unsealing of the scroll? The implication is that this is the time of the end (since the scroll was to be sealed until then). Who made that determination? Whoever did it, how do we know he was acting as a representative of God? What kind of proof was given? No answers are provided to questions like these; the focus of attention then moves on to the message itself (allegedly sealed until now).
"Genesis 1 is Lucifer and the fallen angels making man in their image. Man is an idol, a trap for angels (tares)." Added to this is that the first chapter of the Bible uses only the word ELOHIM. So, ELOHIM is really Lucifer, whose name or description is not mentioned at all in Genesis 1? He and fallen angels make man in their image? Daniel did not need to seal up these assertions; nobody in the history of the world has ever suspected or even hinted at something so bizarre. How does this interpretation stand up? "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" (Gen. 1:1). Yet we are to believe that God stands for Lucifer and his angels. How would anyone ever draw that conclusion—especially without a hint of evidence for it? That would mean that every time we read the word ELOHIM by itself all the way through the Old Testament, it would be referring to Satan and his angels. What do we do with 1 Kings 18:39, when the people said, "The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God!"? Are they actually saying that "Jehovah is Lucifer"? Who can believe that?
The basis for this addled thinking is that in Genesis 2:4, the phrase "Lord God" (YHWH ELOHIM) is found. Oh. So, Lucifer and his angels created man and woman in Genesis 1 in Lucifer's image and gave them authority over all that Lucifer had created (Gen. 1:26-28)—and then the Lord God created man out of the dust of the ground in Genesis 2:7 (wheat). Therefore, we have two different creators and two different sets of mankind. Evil men and women were created first, and then good human beings came along. How can anyone be so whacky? Perhaps q werty stands for "Queer Wicked, Earthly Rotten Thinking for You." As others (usually modernists), have misunderstood Genesis 1-2, so does q werty. Genesis 1 provides a day by day account of accomplishments in the Creation process. Chapter 2 elaborates on day 6. There are not two creations. q werty tries to divorce the two accounts from each other, which is absurd. Daniel never sealed up such hogwash.
