The illustrations on page 3 were a collaborative effort, as it is stated in each diagram. Each one was done by Terry M. Hightower, and the graphics by the late Gary L. Grizell. These appeared in *Studies in Matthew* (pages 243, 244, and 245), published in 1995, edited by Dub McClish, who also directed the Annual Denton Lectures. Hisaw takes the same approach today as Olan Hicks did back then.
