Good news! Our climate is about to change for the better. How can such a guarantee be made? Simple! According to the *Orlando Sentinel* (September 5, 2015), four recording artists are going to unite in order to ensure better weather. Yes! Paul McCartney, Jon Bon Jovi, Sheryl Crow, and Fergie (possibly others) are going to record a song about climate change. Hey! Maybe they could paraphrase David Bowie's song.

> Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes
> Turn and face the strange
> Ch-ch-changes
> Oh, look out you rock 'n' rollers
> Pretty soon now you're gonna get older
>
> No ch-ch-ch changes
> Help erase the strange
> No ch-changes
> You global warming deniers
> Aren't you feelin' warmer now, you liars?

No? Well, just a suggestion. All these years Paul had convinced most of us, "All you need is love," but now something else is hogging the limelight. Apparently, we have also solved race relations with "Ebony and Ivory"; so we can move on to an even greater problem—climate change. The musical effort is called, "Love Song to the Earth"; hopefully the earth will appreciate it. Although 190 nations have reached a deal, however (A2), the major polluters have not signed on. But perhaps a rousing song might help convince the Communist Chinese to have a change of heart.

Man ***is*** responsible for climate change—but not the way these advocates think. God created man to live in a perfect environment. When sin entered the world, all of that changed—as a result of spiritual rebellion—not through the manufacturing of products. The greatest changes came, however, as a result of man's excessive love of sin. Because every imagination of the thoughts of people's hearts was only evil continually (Gen. 6:5), God destroyed the earth with a flood. The fountains of the deep were broken up (Gen. 7:11); mountain ranges were lifted up. Earthquakes and hurricanes probably resulted from these events.

Planet Earth will not be destroyed by man engaging in the manufacturing of products or using spray deodorant. Japan has recovered from two atomic bombs being dropped on their cities. What no one can prevent is the second coming of Christ and the elements melting with fervent heat (2 Peter 3:10-13). Since the earth will be burned up, how about a song that calls for all people to live holy before the Lord?

**"Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness?" (2 Peter 3:11)**
